We continuously update our project management approach to reflect the latest trends and must acknowledge we are now in a new era. Our project management methodology is based on PRINCE2® but tailored to each customer’s environment and our experience.

We gained insight into combining PRINCE2® project methodology with AI practices during our recent online session organized by PeopleClerk. The session was indeed insightful.

We see a significant opportunity to implement AI tools into our project management principles and processes. Our primary focus areas are automation, data analytics, project prediction, and visualization. We prioritize these aspects to ensure efficient and effective operations. These areas were crucial to the success of all the projects we were involved in.

Secondly, AI can support our team with a range of project-related tasks. Mainly those where we can free our colleagues from repetitive and burdensome work. By utilizing our excess capacity, we can develop new skills and expertise that will enable us to better assist our customers in achieving success.
